The striking combination of vivid red steps and a dark green central column reflects the bold chromatic language of Milanese architecture of the period. The enclosure and door are crafted from violet-tinted glass, set within a steel frame with handrail. The overall height is 14 ft 5 in cm, culminating in a glazed matching railing.
