Pair of Italian side chairs crafted from bent tubular metal with a gilt-patinated finish. The chairs are distinguished by their unusual backrest design featuring scrolling loop motifs and a central heart-shaped ornament. The delicate frames terminate in elegant legs composed of double stretchers. Designed by Gio Ponti for Casa e Giardino in the 1950s.
