The chandelier is composed of numerous individually formed and etched glass elements in the shape of stylized lily flowers, executed in soft shades of pink, blue, white and pastel green.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe chandelier originates from the legendary Hotel Bristol in Merano, Italy, whose spectacular interiors were created under the supervision of architect Marino Meo. The original installation, commissioned by the hotel’s owner Arnaldo Bennati, measured approximately nine by three meters and formed part of an ambitious interior scheme involving leading Italian artists and craftsmen of the period.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFlavio Poli and Seguso Vetri d’Arte were responsible for the hotel’s remarkable lighting installations.
