Exceptional and rare sideboard designed by the architectural group B.B.P.R. (Banfi, Belgiojoso, Peressutti and Rogers) in 1941. The black-painted iron frame features distinctive X-shaped cross braces and glass shelves along the lower section. Above rests the veneered case with three wide drawers fitted with round recessed brass pulls. The sideboard is topped by a substantial brown stone slab, slightly raised from the case to create a floating appearance. The piece has been professionally restored and hand-polished.
